Most Loved Items of 2020

As the year is coming to a close, I wanted to share the most-loved items of 2020! I’ll do a Top 12 of items you loved and a Top 12 of things Johnny and I couldn’t live without. It’s always so cool to dig into our analytics and see what items you enjoy most. Many of them are classic items that will transcend time and great for year-round!

1. Nike One Lux Leggings

One of my most worn bottoms two years in a row. Don’t be fooled because these are by Nike. They are not just workout leggings. Ultra soft and made of sustainable materials, I swear by these for layering in the fall and winter with tunics and sweater dresses. They fit true to size and come in a few colors.

2. Parke Blazer

If you are looking for a classic blazer, this is it. This blazer can be dressed up or down. Throw it over a t-shirt for work from home and casual outfits or wear with dress slacks. Fits true to size, made of wool and fully lined.

3. Tile Mug

We love these and have them in our home. They are the perfect size, beautiful and personal. They make wonderful housewarming gifts and I love the attention to detail on these.

4. Acrylic & Brass Hardware

We originally got these to swap out the plain knobs on these white nightstands to make them look more high end. They are affordable and really do transform the look of whatever you place them on!

5. Faux Peonies

Peonies are easily my favorite flower, but they are expensive to get and fresh ones just don’t last as long as I’d like. I love a good faux floral since they last forever and these look so realistic!

6. Black Trim Pillow Cover

I wanted something classic with high contrast for our euro pillows. These covers are just that and much more affordable than almost anything else I found. You can customize them to almost any color, too!

7. Quartz Popsocket

A unique and stunning popsocket! A bit pricey, but it’s real stone and is so unique. Would be a wonderful gift for someone who loves their phone.

8. Blemish & Age Defense

My holy-grail skincare item. This cleared my adult acne in two weeks and kept it away! Currently 15% off with code SKINC15.  I swear by this and so many of you do, too! For more information on how often I use it, check out this blog post.

9. Chunky Knit Sweater

One of my favorite sweaters from this year! I love the chunky knit and it comes in tons of colors. This was sold out everywhere, but I managed to find it in stock in all sizes! I will say, it is a very chunky knit, so if it’s cold where you are, layer underneath!

10. Sophie Open Front Blazer

If the Parke blazer is a bit too traditional for you, say hello to Sophie! The perfect hybrid of your favorite sweater and a blazer. Super soft, can be dressed up or down and comes in lots of colors. I wear size XXS.

11. Nike Bliss Joggers

Again, don’t let the fact these are by Nike fool you. Yes, these are super comfortable joggers, but you can dress them up! Currently 30% off. I loved wearing them with a nice crop top and heels for fancy occasions! I wear size XS. I’m also eying these, too!

12. Elemis Cleansing Balm

I’m glad y’all love this as much as I do because this was my favorite skincare item of the year! Smells like a spa and truly melts off your makeup. It is so important to double cleanse and if you aren’t already, read why here.

1. Yeti Cups

We have a few different sizes and we love them all. Johnny prefers the 30 oz, I love the mug with the handle and we both love the 20 oz rambler, too. I customized mine through Yeti with my logo.

2. Samsung Frame TV

Easily one of our most loved and used items of 2020! We love how it looks like art above our fireplace and the picture & sound quality are beautiful. We couldn’t love it more. If you’re interested in buying one, read my complete guide here, which includes installation advice. The 65″ is currently on sale for $1700.

3. Reboot

Johnny’s favorite read of the year and I have it on my list to read in the next few weeks. Jerry Colona is called a living bodhisattva and many people have said this book changed their life.

4. Kendra Scott Diamond Ring

I love dainty stacking rings and this ring is stunning. I love how it looks a bit like a crown. Since it is fine jewelry, I’ve had no issues with tarnishing or the quality.

5. Nespresso Next

A purchase we didn’t expect to love as much as we do! This has changed our coffee game. We still love our cold brew, but this makes delicious coffee and the frother is divine! I just found a matte black version on sale for $125. If you need pod recommendations, I love these & these. This was easily one of our most-loved items of 2020!

6. Bose QuietComfort Wireless Headphones

We’ve used Bose headphones for years and this year, Johnny has relied on these more than ever. He takes calls on these, listens to music & podcasts and everything in between. Currently on sale and would make an awesome gift.

7. Material Kitchen Knives

A gamechanger in the kitchen! You don’t need a set of 10 or more knives, you need three quality knives. These are incredibly sharp, perfectly balanced and just stunning. If cooking is stressful, you may not have the right tools to make it efficient. These knives come in a few colors and would make a wonderful gift, too!

8. Nike Blazer Sneakers

One of my most worn shoes! Super comfortable, versatile and go with everything. I love how I can just slip them on. Plus, they are so easy to clean with a toothbrush and Dr. Bronner’s soap.

9. McGee & Co Dipped Vase

Truly a statement anywhere you put it. Whether you leave it alone, put faux stems or fresh florals in this vase, it’ll look stunning. It’s a bit bigger than the photo looks and worth every penny. I also love the white version.

10. Leather & Brass Barstools

These are way more comfortable than they look. They truly make such a statement and I love the boldness. They provide the best contrast in our white kitchen. There is also a dining chair option.

11. Ryobi Drill & Impact Driver

We closed on a house and got to projects right away! This drill and impact driver has made our lives so much easier, whether we are changing a light fixture or doing our board & batten project.

12. Sophia Earrings

Love the open-face of these earrings and the classic Kendra Scott shape. The crystals make it sparkle and allow you to wear casually or dress it up!
