Workwear outfits are always some of my favorite. There’s something about putting on clothes, feeling powerful and walking into work like you’ve got this. I truly believe the right clothes can make you feel confident and you should definitely have this at work! I’m teaming up with White House Black Market on their Style Connect page to share some of my favorite pieces from their new spring collection. I created a total of four looks from their spring collection and I’m excited to share two spring workwear looks to share with you. When creating workwear looks, I go for versatility. You should be able to go from the desk to drinks and re-style the items for the weekend.

BLACK JUMPSUIT

Similar to a little black dress, a black jumpsuit can do wonders for you. If you don’t know what to wear to work, a jumpsuit is a great jumping-off point. Wear it alone or style with a cover-up or blazer. I’m wearing size Petite 00 and the fit is perfect. There is a zipper in the back that’s not hard to do on your own, which is essential for workwear! If it’s something I want to wear to work, being able to get in and out on my own is a must. I love the wide-leg cut because it’s super comfortable and almost feels like pajamas. However, the color black keeps everything professional and appropriate.

To inject a bit of color into this spring workwear look, I’m adding this mineral pink cover-up and a colorful chevron scrunchie. I wish I could take credit for this gorgeous braid, but Andrea from Tousled Studio gets all the credit for my hairstyles in this blog post.

I do want to mention, this particular jumpsuit has an open-back so if you plan on wearing it to work, make sure you’re covering it up!

COMFORT-STRETCH PANTS

I’ve worn these comfort-stretch pantsin a few colors over the years and I have to say, they never fail me. For the price, these are fantastic work pants. I wear size Petite 00 and everything from the waist to the length is perfect. They are very comfortable, have a decent amount of stretch and relatively low maintenance. They are not wrinkle-proof and will require some steaming but you won’t stand up and be shocked about all the creases on your pants. These pants come in tons of colors and silhouettes but the slim ankle pair is my favorite.

For a more subdued spring workwear look, I chose the light gray color and paired it with a black chevron shell. Tops such as these are a classic and look fantastic on their own but also under blazers and cardigans. You really can’t go wrong.
