I’m over the moon to share the stunning nursery Urbanology Designs created for our baby girl! We were presented with three different options and this is the one that left us in awe. We wanted her nursery to give us that magic fairtytale feeling and this is it for us. From the stunning wallpaper to nursery decor like the floral chandelier and balloon curtains, we are just smitten.

There are two main walls in the design. There is a crib wall and a dresser wall. Both take my breath away for different reasons and create a slightly different mood.

CRIB WALL

We are super excited to have the Nestig Wave in natural (in the renderings it’s stained a walnut color, which is coming this year!) as our crib! We love how it can start off as a mini size, grow to a full crib size and then a toddler bed! Plus, I love how this crib lets the nursery wallpaper really shine!

Speaking of the wallpaper, we ultimately ordered directly through the manufacturer, KEK Amsterdam because we needed to make some custom adjustments.

Other details we love on our crib wall include the marble sconces and I asked my Mom to create a custom oil painting of me holding our future baby girl to hang.

DRESSER WALL

There is a bit happening on this wall and it makes me so giddy! First of all, I love love this dresser. It is not a kids or baby dresser by any means. It’s meant for adults, but I love that. It can truly grow with her and if we ever want to place in another space in our home, we can!

We are ordering custom balloon drapes to get that flowy effect you see pictured here. Plus, I love how everything just looks so magical and dreamy. A few pieces of nursery decor pictured here will most likely change and of course the room will be filled with items from our baby registry, but I’m so excited to see how everything comes together.
