Mother’s Day this year is a lot different. Many of us eagerly await this time to give our Moms a hug and thank them for their sacrifice, unconditional love and raising us to be the people we are today. However, most of us will not be spending Mother’s Day with our Moms physically. That doesn’t mean we can’t show them we love them. Carve out an hour or two, maybe more, to call them and really chat with them. Let her talk, share her story about her life. I read a post titled, The Tail End, years ago with a statistic saying by the time you are 18, you will have spent 90 percent of the time you’ll ever spend with your parents. It made me sick. While most of us will most likely send our Moms gifts, please don’t forget to give them your time.
