I’ve been working with workwear brand M.M.LaFleur since 2019 and I fall more in love every time I put one of their pieces on. Each item is designed with a great deal of thought and care, for example adding a hidden button to prevent gaping or adjustable pant hems for different heights and footwear. Many are even machine washable and wrinkle resistant! They all balance fashion and function perfectly. I love how versatile and flattering each piece is as well. Everything is simply amazing, which is why I wanted to round up my top five favorites I recommend the most out of all the items I own.

Choe Top

This knit top is incredible! I own it in two colors and reach for it often. The thicker knit makes it very versatile because it can read formal or casual depending on how it’s styled. I love anything that is both comfortable and chic, even more so now that I’m a Mom.

Leslie T-Shirt

If you prefer something less structured yet equally polished, you have to try this t-shirt. It’s made of luxuriously soft Pima cotton and just as versatile as the top above. I wear it both solo and under a jacket or blazer depending on the occasion.

Merritt Jardigan

The jardigan is one of M.M.LaFleur’s best sellers. It’s a jacket and a cardigan in one, which means it’s cut like a jacket with the soft, stretchy feel of a cardigan. I love blazers, but this is truly the best of both worlds! I appreciate how the sash can be tied in the front or back.

Malala Dress

I love so much about this dress! With an A-line skirt and a short hemline, the silhouette is quite flattering on. M.M.LaFleur never forgets practical details like pockets, and the subtle mock neck also sets it apart. Plus, it’s made from recycled plastic bottles with an anti-odor finish.

Stella Legging

Leggings can be hit or miss. This pair is absolutely fantastic, made with a thick ponte fabric that allows for more coverage. The notch at the ankle is an amazing detail because it prevents any bunching for shorter people like me. The fold over waistband is also great because you can tuck your shirt into the leggings while still looking put together.
