Lavender and lilac are still some of my favorite colors to wear this spring. If these pants look familiar, it’s because you’ve seen them multiple times before here. These pants are so easy to style multiple ways. The feminine bow and classic shape really make these pants a go-to for me. I love a good spring workwear look now that it’s finally warmer. I’m a firm believer in buying clothes you can wear multiple times as opposed to buying something of lower quality to wear once and throw away.

LOFT floral cami and tie-waist pants for work style Blogger Hoang-Kim wears a floral cami and lavender tie-waist pants Spring work style with a floral cami and tie-waist pants Both of these pieces are items I’ve worn a few times already, which make them a great spring workwear staple. My top is currently 30% off, which is a great deal. This floral cami would be great under a cardigan or blazer for work and then on its own for the weekend. When choosing a printed top, I make sure it has colors I can easily mix and match. The floral print here has a mix of creams, pinks and blue, which are all easily styled with other pieces. Even though there isn’t any lilac in this top, since the colors are all similar, it pairs well with my tie-waist pants.

You can also pair this floral cami with jeans and sandals for a casual weekend look. I actually just wore them with my favorite Nike joggers for an event and got a lot of compliments! It’s all about experimenting and see what flatters your body and how many ways you can style pieces.

LOFT pieces tend to run a little big on me, so I always try to buy petite sizing whenever possible. I’m wearing PXXS in the top and Petite 00 in the pants. This floral cami doesn’t have adjustable straps so petite sizing is crucial here.
