As spring approaches, I am getting very excited about warmer weather! I wanted to share spring business casual work outfits. Work outfits don’t have to be boring! From suits in a vibrant color to shirt-dresses, you can look professional and still show your personality. Plus, I appreciate how all of these pieces can be restyled for casual outfits on the weekend, too!
I love a good pocket shirt dress and this is the perfect one! Has a tie-waist, mini length, collar neckline, and many pockets plus button closure! The dress is so flattering on and works for smart casual all the way up to business casual. Can be dressed down with sneakers or dressed up with pumps. I got the XXS and recommend sizing down!
Colorful spring florals are always so pretty once the weather gets warmer! I love this vine design on this dress. Has a tie-waist, super flattering on and also maternity friendly! Looks perfect for either workwear, spring wear, date nights and more. I am wearing size XXS and it runs a little larger than my true size.
This midi dress is absolutely stunning and perfect for all things workwear, luncheons, events, date nights, vacation and many more! I love that it is pump-friendly and also works for maternity. Has V-neckline, cinched waist, and a billowy skirt that makes it flattering on anyone! I appreciate that it also has pockets and long sleeves for chillier days. I am wearing size XXS and recommend sizing down for a smaller fit.
A monochromatic skirt suit is a must-have for spring business casual work outfits. I love the vibrancy of the blue and that it has a linen blend material, so it doesn’t get too hot for warmer spring days. The blazer has front flap pockets and a relaxed fit that makes it very flattering and chic. I have it in a size 0, but definitely recommend sizing down 2 sizes as it runs very large. The mini shift skirt looks great when pairing with the blazer, but also when you mix and match! Runs larger as well, so I recommend sizing down on the skirt too.
