Hello My Beautiful Friends! I am so excited about this blog post! Last weekend, I went to Houston to be with my best friend as she said, “I do” to the man of her dreams. Since my focus was on the wedding (more on this below!), I kept my luggage light. This powder pink sweater is such a beautiful shade in a classic fit. It’s comfy, cozy, everything a sweater should be. Y’all know how much I adore neutrals, so this sweater fits perfectly into my wardrobe. Plus, it was so so cold in Houston (I’m talking 20 degrees plus wind chill) so this came in handy!

So my best friend is officially a Mrs! Rachel Wendel (formerly Mann) and I met through pageants years and years ago. I was drawn to her authenticity, her sweet nature and I’m not gonna lie, I was and still am incredibly jealous of her long, long legs! We are there for each other through ups (winning pageants and nailing hard-to-get internships) and downs (relationship issues, my Dad narrowly escaping death). I couldn’t imagine another place I would rather be than by her side as a bridesmaid.

Rachel and I also share a love for fashion. Like me, she gravitates toward simpler cut items if they have stunning fabric. Therefore, I knew Rachel would pick a beautiful bridesmaid dress. I am in love with this convertible bridesmaid dress and know doubts I will wear it again. This dress is made of a beautiful jersey but did take a good while to steam (think 20 minutes) because of how much fabric there is in the skirt. However, it looks immaculate and flows so well. This convertible bridesmaid dress boasts you can tie it more than 15 different ways and after trying about seven or eight different ways, I liked the Y-neck tie best. What I love about a convertible bridesmaid dress is each bridesmaid can tie the dress in the most flattering way for her. I have a small bust and prefer a higher neckline.

This convertible bridesmaid dress comes in two sizes: A and B. Size A fits a 22″ – 38″ waist or 00 to 12. Size B fits 26″ – 46″ waist or 14 to 24. Both sizes are 44″ from the waist seam to the floor. Of course, I got my dress hemmed. Our dresses are in the color rose water, and also comes in charcoal, sapphire and ivory.
