Y’all, I cannot express how much I love this velvet jumpsuit. Straight out of the box from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale it fits me like a glove. I honestly believe this is a must have jumpsuit. This velvet jumpsuit can take you so many places, including work, dates, out with the girls or even replacing the little black dress at fancy affairs. Now, let’s talk about fit. I’m wearing size 0 Petite and require absolutely no alterations on this beauty. The hem is absolutely perfect on me with 4 1/2 inch heels. Plus, the crotch area is in the right spot, which is super hard for petite ladies! I highly recommend petite sizing for ladies who are 5’4 and shorter, regardless of what size you are. This way the cut of the jumpsuit hits you in the right spot. Besides, this could save you a trip to the tailor, too!

What makes this velvet jumpsuit a must have jumpsuit for me is how versatile it is. Of course, I already plan to wear this velvet jumpsuit the next time I’ll be on the anchor desk. I’ll be accessorizing with white drop earrings to keep the look clean and classy. However, this jumpsuit will go beyond work or the office. This is an amazing look for date night as well as going out with your girlfriends, too. Plus, because of the velvet top, this jumpsuit will be the perfect alternative to the little black dress. I can easily see myself wearing this to cocktail parties and fancy affairs. Of course, it gives me that extra boost of confidence, too.
