This post is in Partnership with Tata Harper. All opinions are my own.
Every year when the weather gets cooler, I switch up a few things in my skincare routine. Changing out my moisturizer is key because I have combination dry skin and in the fall and winter, it craves moisture. This year, I’m using the Tata Harper Waterlock Moisturizer, which packs a lot of punch in a lightweight formula. I’ve been using Tata Harper skincare products for nearly two years and appreciate how it’s a safer beauty brand. All of the products are made in small batches right here in the USA at their small lab in Vermont. Plus, I love the attention to detail on the packaging and how they don’t use harsh chemicals.
When I switch from my summer moisturizer to the one I use for fall and winter, I have a few criteria. First, it has to keep my skin hydrated. Tata Harper’s Water-Lock Moisturizer has hyaluronic acid, which really helps provide moisture for the skin. The silicone-free formula has a citrus scent and absorbs into the skin easily. It feels weightless, but really does its job of making sure skin is soft and plump. I only use one pump for my entire face and neck – a little goes a long way!
One aspect I really appreciate about Tata Harper is the dedication to better natural products and the environment. What’s really awesome about this moisturizer is you can buy refillable pods! You hold onto the jar and the pump and replace the inside pod with a new 1.7 ounce one. Not only do you save some money, you’re helping the environment!
Easily one of my favorite Tata Harper skincare products, this mask has been my secret weapon a few times a week. Exfoliating your skin is such a crucial step to keeping it clear and glowing. We often associate exfoliating with some type of texture or peel. This mask is extremely gentle, but truly resurfaces your skin. My skin always glows after using this. It’s helped brighten my skin, keeps it from looking dull and helps with any breakouts you may spot under the skin.
I apply this after cleansing and leave it on for two minutes. I’ll usually clean up around the bathroom during this time and put any products that may have piled up during the day. I rinse with warm water, pat dry and follow up with moisturizer.
