Hello, Everyone! Happy Wednesday! I hope your week is going well.
This week marks my final week in New York City. I am so sad to be leaving this vivacious and bustling city. I have learned so much and connected with wonderful people during my time here.
Earlier this year, I fell in love with mint green or light seafoam. I sought out everything in the mint color family and after my hunt, came home with four things, all different fabrics and shapes. The conservative covered-up nature of this dress can make a statement in the office or out with friends. The swing skirt adds a fun kick and uniqueness to a simple shape.
Who can tell I’m absolutely in love with this Ann Taylor necklace?
Ann Taylor really hit it off with this necklace. I can incorporate it into so many different pairings, casual or dressy. The classic style of over-sized white pearls really allows this necklace to shine when paired with solid colors or patterns. A necklace like this can really elevate a simple outfit, such as this solid-colored dress. Without the necklace, this dress would be more plain-jane and less sophisticated-chic.
This dress originally came with a pale, thin leather belt, but I swapped it out for a bigger belt. This dress has so much fabric, I felt the thin belt got swallowed up. Sometimes a bigger, bolder belt can really transform an outfit.
Thank you so much for reading!
