[outfit_details]Similar Leopard Cardigan, High-Waisted Button Jeans (wearing size 23)
Tan Booties, Chanel Boy (similar)[/outfit_details]
This leopard cardigan was one of my top-selling items during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale… for probably three days. It sold out so fast! I was working on finding more affordable pieces for y’all when I stumbled upon an extremely similar leopard cardigan for less than $30. Talk about a steal! At half the price of the one selling at Nordstrom, this piece looks almost identical. One of the noticeable differences is how this one has pockets, whereas the Nordstrom one does not. I’m wearing size XS in the Nordstrom version and would get size small in the one I’m linking.
What I love about this particular pair of booties is the almond-toe shape, which elongates the legs. Plus, they zip in the back for easy on and off.
I know many of us are experiencing that weird in-between season right now where you want to wear fall clothes but it’s still hot. Or, some of you may live in warmer climates where you don’t get a true fall or winter. I’m going to share how to combat that with two fall essentials.
Transitioning From Summer to Fall or Warmer Fall Climates
This is a toughie. Living in Texas, it’s about 100 or more degrees here yet part of me is craving fall fashion. If the weather is around 80 or so, I can bear to wear jeans outside. Typically, I am inside most of the time and it’s always cold wherever the air conditioning touches, so I wear long pants and sleeves. To style this leopard cardigan for late summer, I recommend styling this leopard cardigan with a white tank and denim shorts. This way you can always drape the cardigan off the shoulder when it’s hot and actually wear it when you’re cold.
If you want a work-appropriate look to transition from summer to fall, I recommend changing up your leopard cardigan outfit to include a skirt. You can still wear a white or cream cami to keep the look light and fresh for summer. However, mixing in a navy or black skirt makes this leopard cardigan more work appropriate and sharp. If you want a darker color palette, feel free to wear a black or camel shirt underneath the cardigan.
