La Mer Soft Fluid Foundation – A definite splurge and to be honest, I would not purchase this if it wasn’t part of the Sephora Holiday Sale since the price tag is so high. However, you get the benefits of La Mer’s famous kelp broth in makeup, which is a win-win. I usually only use this on special occasions or important days.
Estee Lauder Double Wear – My holy grail foundation for every day. The coverage you get with this foundation is incredible and this tops my list when it comes to my fall beauty products. I use shades Spiced Sand and Cashew.
FENTY BEAUTY Pro Filt’r Hydrating Longwear Foundation – The Fenty Beauty team sent me this to try earlier this year and I’m so impressed with the color match and the formula. It’ll last a good portion of the day and the finish is gorgeous! I wear foundation on most days, now.
Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk – Nothing compares to the finish of this foundation. It truly looks like skin while giving incredible coverage. I believe this was one of the first designer foundations I really fell in love with and it’s a cult classic. The makeup artist who did my makeup for the Draper James photoshoot used this and it looked phenomenal.
Charlotte Tilbury Light Wonder: A beautiful foundation that’ll make your skin glow, truly. I love using this on days when I want a radiant glow to my makeup as opposed to a more matte finish. This glides on whether you use a brush or beauty blender. A definite favorite when it comes to my current spring beauty regimen. I wear shade Medium 7 when I’m tan.
HUDA BEAUTY Concealer – The concealer I reach for the most right now. This offers incredible coverage because it’s so opaque. I use the shade coconut flakes and it’s perfect.
NARS Concealer: My go-to concealer because of how bright this makes my undereye look. The formula is such a goodie and sits well on top of foundation.
Too Faced Concealer – Incredibly creamy, opaque and a great overall concealer. I love using this for under the eyes and to highlight my nose.
Charlotte Tilbury Powder – My favorite powder to use hands down, especially if I’m going to be photographed. This truly gives you an airbrush finish and your skin will look flawless. I use the color medium. This is also one of my go-to fall beauty products when I travel since it’s compact.
Lawless Setting Powder – A clean beauty favorite, this setting powder will keep you shine-free all day long.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Bronzer – I’ve been using this bronzer for contouring for years. I love shades Terracota and Earth.
NARS Blush – A cult classic I have been using for years. I love shades Amour and Orgasm.
Urban Decay Bronzer – A matte bronzer that lasts. I love the color sunkissed for that perfect mix of contour but subtle bronze across the top of your forehead.
Viseart Palette – Definitely on the pricy end but I promise you if you purchase this palette, you won’t need any other. My main travel palette this has every color you’ll ever need. Plus, I can use the gray and brown-black shades to fill in my brows.
Urban Decay Palette – A great price point with all matte colors, this palette is a dream! I’ve been using for about two years transitions well into fall.
Tartelette Palette – I just got this for a friend because the colors in this palette are divine and the price point is excellent.
Kat Von D Liner – My holy grail eyeliner. You need this. End of discussion.
Eyebrow Gel – I use this when I don’t have time to really fill in my brows but need to do something. Love the brown color as it blends seamlessly.
HUDA BEAUTY Lash Glue – The BEST eyelash glue hands down. It’s finally back in stock and during the Sephora Holiday Sale no less! I love this glue because it comes off in strips and not in tiny pieces. Plus, the glue completely comes off and leaves your lashes clean, which means you can wear them longer!
*I do want to note I can no longer wear these lashes as I continue to have some type of allergic reaction as of 2018. Before then, I wore all kinds of false lashes, including mink, silk and faux without any problems. If you want to take advantage of the sale I recommend these below.
HUDA BEAUTY Lashes – Love love how these lashes look on. From natural to dramatic, these look so realistic.
Velour Lashes – The very first pair of mink lashes I ever owned and they are some of my favorites!
Too Faced Liquid Lipstick: Hands down my favorite lip product and has been for two years. I have the colors Cool Girl, Child Star and Sell Out. These last forever and I can eat, drink and still trust when I go on air at 11 pm, I still look good. The color Cool Girl is a favorite and I definitely recommend taking advantage of the Sephora Holiday Sale to stock up.
FENTY BEAUTY Matte Lipstick: I love the feel of this, plus the shade THICC is perfect for fall! It lasts all day without needing to reapply.
Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips: Easily one of my favorite classic lipstick formulas because it’s moisturizing and long-lasting. I love this new idea of how the actual lipstick is refillable, so you don’t have to buy an entire new package! Cost-effective and a more sustainable model.
Charlotte Tilbury Pencil – One of my favorite pencils because of how creamy it is. The color pillow talk is a cult classic and a must get during the sale!
HUDA BEAUTY: The formula is so easy to apply and really stays put. Gossip Gurl is my go-to shade.
TOOLS OF THE TRADE
Foundation Brush – The holy grail when it comes to foundation brushes. This brush may not look special but it will apply your makeup without any streaks. I couldn’t imagine applying makeup without it or my favorite sponge.
Tapered Brush – One of my favorite makeup brushes of all time! I use this to apply powder under my eyes and set my concealer. It’s the perfect shape to get into the corner of your eyes. I also use this to apply setting powder, too! It’s perfect when I’m traveling so I can eliminate the need for an extra brush. Works great with the Airbrush Flawless powder and loose powder, too. I recommend buying two so you can use one for blush and one for powder.
Bronzer Brush – Not available at Sephora sadly but this is what I use to apply bronzer! It’s perfect for contouring your cheeks and forehead.
Beauty Blender – You have to get this and you have to use it wet. I have tried similar ones and they are just not as good. I use this to smooth out my concealer, cream contour and more.
Rose Quartz Roller – I use this every night and in the morning if I have time. Use it in upward motions because our skin is like shingles. This really pushes the product into your skin.
Tweezers – Love these for keeping my eyebrows groomed and those stray hairs away!
L’Occitane Shea Oil – Get all of that makeup off in a silky, easy way. I pump this into my hands and rub all over my face, while also massaging to get all of my long-lasting makeup off!
Kopari Coconut Cleansing Oil – A more affordable and also clean beauty pick for cleansing oils. I’ll put three to four pumps into my hands, rub them together and massage over my face for about 30 seconds. I take care to be soft around the eyes but still making sure to get the makeup off my eyes, especially my lash glue!
Purity Cleanser – My holy grail cleanser for more than 11 years! I swear by this and if I don’t have a cleansing oil, I just cleanse with this twice for a super long period of time. This is one of the only cleansers that doesn’t dry out my face or make it feel tight and gets my face clean.
Drunk Elephant Exfoliator – This feels like fire ants are eating at your skin but when you rinse it off, your skin will be baby soft. I use this two to three times a week and leave it on for 20 minutes.
Tata Harper Resurfacing Mask – I alternate between this one and the one above during the week. I love this one because it’s gentle but so effective.
Peter Thomas Roth Cloud Cream – The texture and feeling of this is truly unlike any other. It’s weightless and ultra-soft, while providing long-lasting moisture. Definitely a must get when it comes to my fall beauty products.
L’Occitane Thirst-Quenching Gel – A great moisturizer that’s perfect for dry skin. I love how cool this feels upon application yet it really moisturizes and keeps your skin soft.
Curling Iron – Hands down my favorite curling iron. I leave this one at work and have the convertible one at home. This is a 1.25″ barrel, which is perfect for soft curls. Can go up to 410 degrees Fahrenheit.
Hair Dryer – I usually let my hair air dry but on the ocassion I have to blow dry it, this is what I use. I love how fast my hair dries with this!
Dry Shampoo – I’ve used a variety of dry shampoos and this is what I’m currently using. It does the job and doesn’t leave a lot of whitecast!
Length Strengthening Shampoo – I’m working on growing out my hair and I can definitely feel a difference in the texture and strength of my hair. My hair feels thicker and healthier, which allows it to grow!
Length Strengthening Conditioner – The accompanying conditioner to my shampoo. I use this every other week when I wash.
Volume Blast Spray – LOVE this for when I don’t want to tease my hair a ton but still get volume. Spray directly into your roots and let it work its magic.
Hair Spray – Extreme hold hair spray but doesn’t make your hair crispy. I use this to tame fly-aways and tease my hair.
St. Tropez Foam – My secret to being tan all year without exposing my skin to harmful rays for long periods of time. I apply once a week and it looks so natural. Just make sure you get all your body parts that’ll be showing.
St. Tropez Mitt – I love this mitt because you can wash it and use it again once it’s fresh and clean. I only use this to apply my self-tanner.
L’Occitane Shower Oil – I love using products with a more luxurious feel in the fall. It’s almost like enveloping myself in a hug. This shower oil has almond oil to keep your skin ultra soft and moisturized.
Body Butter – I have been using this body butter for years. It’s one of my favorite fall beauty products and the first thing I switch into when the weather gets chilly. It’s incredibly moisturizing.
