Hello Everyone!
As mentioned in my earlier post, Jonathan and I hit up some of the touristy places we truly enjoyed the first time around. The cruise on the Hudson River was one of them. Sadly, New York has been full of on-and-off rain, and you can see the wet spots on the ground. Luckily, the clouds parted when it was time for our boat to depart and New York looked beautiful with the clouds in the distance.
This straw fedora is actually Jonathan’s, but I decided to snatch it for this cruise. I think hats are a great addition to an outfit in the summer. If they are in a neutral color, they can go with just about any outfit.
I rolled up my tan pants for the cruise because water splashes onto the front bow of the boat. Rolling up the cuffs of your pants are a quick way to make an outfit more appropriate for summer or casual occasions. If you decide to go on this cruise in the future, I highly recommend bringing a jacket! Once the boat gets on the river, it can get quite chilly. I remember freezing like a popsicle my first time on the boat.
Thank you so much for reading!
