Contrary to popular belief, winters do get rather cold in Texas. Dressing for fancier events can get tricky in the winter…I always ask myself if a sweater dress is appropriate and the answer is usually no. However, armed with my cashmere tights, which I highly highly recommend, and warm peacoat, I’m ready to brace the cold for any occasion.
