Happy Monday, Everybody!
I hope your weekend was relaxing and enjoyable! Last weekend I drove to Houston for a wonderful photoshoot opportunity. Fadil Berisha, renowned fashion and pageant photographer, came to Texas. I’ve dreamed of shooting with him for as long as I can remember and I know I’m not alone when I lust after the gorgeous photos he takes of Miss USA, Miss Teen USA and Miss Universe winners and contestants. I knew I had to jump on the opportunity to get in front of his camera. For one of my looks, I wore this adorable Marchesa for Target Kids dress and everyone remarked about how I looked like a little Asian doll.

Even though I’ve been competing in pageants for a while, I’m still relatively new to photoshoots (before this, I’ve never paid to have professional photos done) and the amazing styling that can come with it. Albert Luiz styled my hair and I was in love with the crazy big sexy curls he did.

Shooting with Fadil was so incredible. It was so inspiring to see how he could take good photos in any location, any setting. I was propped up against a white wall next to a staircase for a lot of my shots and when I saw the raw images on his camera, I was blown away. The colors and incredibly vivid and everything has so much clarity. I felt like such a model in front of his camera. I cannot wait to see the photos!
