Black Heels c/o, Kendra Scott Diane Earrings c/o, Leather Watch Band [/outfit_details]
As a working woman, I love an outfit that makes me feel powerful. This teal short suit is no exception. I’ll be the first to admit, I know this is not something that can be worn in every office or workplace. However, if you work in a space where something like this could work, I could not recommend it more. It’s a refreshing, unique twist on a classic look. Plus, since it’s different from a traditional suit, you’re sure to get plenty of compliments.
This short suit runs true to size. I’m wearing a size X-Small in both the blazer and high-waisted shorts. This blazer has a longer length and on me is about two inches above where the shorts hit. I’m petite, hence the longer length. On the model, it’s much shorter. I like the more casual look with this blazer so I pushed the sleeves up. After all, it is a short suit. However, it still has formal touches. I love the gold buttons and the classic look of this blazer. Plus, you can mix and match both pieces to wear them again.
At the end of September, I got the opportunity to give a talk at the Leesa Sleep Headquarters in Virginia Beach on my nighttime beauty routine and advice on how to get a good night’s sleep. In February 2017, I got a Leesa mattress and never looked back. It’s been such a gem waking up refreshed and it’s also in part because I’ve made my bedroom a sanctuary. To be honest, these still make me nervous, ha! But I had so much fun on an evening talking about relaxing, getting quality sleep and how Leesa fits in with all that. Plus, I did have fun trying the new Leesa adjustable bed. Flip through the pictures to see!
