Pink Floral Mini Dress (on sale for $46 also in burgundy), Stuart Weitzman Heels (similar)
Tory Burch Clutch, Metallic Tassel Earrings, Hermes bracelet
Over the weekend, I carelessly put my keys in my photographer, Jessie McBurney’s bag, thinking she would bring her bag with her. Wrong! You can imagine the sinking feeling when it hit me: my keys were in the car. I called a locksmith, but he said it would take him more than an hour and it would cost at least $75. Quick thinking led me to my friend Jon, a captain with the Virginia Beach Fire Department. Thankfully, the stars were aligned and I was in his jurisdiction! He called over to the station and they sent a fire truck out with about five firefighters! Was the engine really necessary?! Ha! Of course, the firefighters were incredible and able to get my car door unlocked in what felt like less than eight minutes! Plus, they were so sweet. So to say thank you, I sent a few orders of Vietnamese rolls to the station. They crushed it in five minutes, according to Jon.
While Jessie and I waited for the firefighters to arrive, we took some photos of this pink floral mini dress. It’s currently on sale for $46, but prices will go back up after the weekend! This dress is perfect to wear now and again in the fall with over the knee boots. My favorite pair from Stuart Weitzman are 40 percent off, but sizes are going fast! It’s an easy shift silhouette but has a feminine twist with romantic spiral ruffle sleeves. Whenever I see the word mini in a description, I get a little giddy because I know the length will be just right. As you can tell, this dress hits me mid-thigh, which is perfect for a dress such as this. This floral mini dress also comes in a solid burgundy, which would be amazing for fall.
