Fall is upon us and I love adding a few simple fall touches to our home to spruce things up! You don’t have to go overboard or put pumpkins everywhere if that’s not your thing. A little can really go a long way. Here are 3 simple fall decor ideas to make your home more warm and inviting. Let’s get started!
- Add Throw Pillows in a Warm Tone
This is the easiest and simplest way to warm up a home. Swapping out throw pillows can make such a huge difference but is such a small commitment. I contacted Kala at Arhaus to see if she could help me pull some pillows and I love the pillow story we were able to create. I wanted lots of textures, so we added in suede, woven textures and really fluffy pieces to give our living room some depth. Especially since we have a white sectional and white walls.
2. The Best Fall Candle
Last year I actually did an extensive sniff test of a bunch of fall candles to find the best ones. One of my favorites, enough I repurchased this year, is this pumpkin latte one. It’s not too sweet or spicy. It’s just right and smells so chic. Add one of the large three or five-wick candles in your home or a few of the smaller ones and it’ll smell just like fall, even if the weather doesn’t match up yet.
3. Oversized Vase with Stems or Florals
I love a good oversized vase year-round, but if you’re looking for simple fall decor ideas for your home, this is it! This one is so substantial, it’ll truly be beautiful and make a statement anywhere you put it. I added faux eucalyptus stems and white florals to this vase to give it some depth.
