Hello Everyone!
“Snow My God” is going on in Nebraska right now, but I wanted to share this romantic and feminine floral dress from just a few days before the crazy snow storm! I love the vintage feel of this dress and it’s currently on sale for less than $150! Plus, the fabric is a thick texture and surprisingly a little warm! Off the rack, this dress fit a little big on me. The arms, bust and waist could use slimming. The hem hits at the conservative knee, but I prefer my dresses and skirts a little shorter, about two to three inches above the knee, to elongate my body. Overall though, I love the feel of this dress and of course the lovely print. I was able to wear it to work and I can easily see myself wearing it for a variety of special functions. I do wish it had pockets though!

One of my favorite things to do when wearing prints is to pull colors for accessories from the print itself. The hints of powder blue and blush instantly made me reach for my Charlotte Olympia pumps and Zac Posen satchel. Speaking of my satchel, I wanted to give it a quick review based on first impressions and the handful of times I’ve carried it out. I really like the trapeze shape and found the open sides make it very easy for me to pop my phone in and out. However, that said, if you have small items in your purse, like said phone, and the bag tips over, they will fall out. I keep small toiletries in a pouch so lipsticks don’t go flying out.
