Some kind of coverup is a must for me because it will help you transition from the pool or beach to a quick ice cream stop or errands on the way home. Statement earrings like these and these are another must – they’ll completely transform whatever you’re wearing, whether it be a feminine maxi or beachy halter. Either way, pink is one of my favorite colors to pack for trips like this because it’s appropriately bold and really pops against a tan. Finally, shoes! Having at least one flat pair of sandals is necessary because you can easily slide than on and off, while you need to make sure your heels are lower or blocked for easy walking on all kinds of terrain.
