Happy Monday, y’all!
I hope you had a lovely weekend. I was in The Woodlands for an appearance and right when the sun was setting, I got the opportunity to shoot some photos of my simple outfit for the day. Having a silk white blouse and pencil skirt paired together makes for a professional outfit that’s stylish, yet elegant. This is one of the first times I got to wear my new gray flannel Christian Louboutin pumps. I have searched for these shoes high and low for more than six months… and when I traveled to Las Vegas for the Miss America pageant, there they were, waiting for me in the boutique – the only ones left in the world.

One thing I really enjoy about this blouse is how it folds over my pants and skirts. The silk is delicately soft and looks wonderful when it’s tucked in.

These pictures really don’t do these beautiful shoes justice, but the flannel is an immaculate gray, not too dark and not too light. The heel is quite tall, but the platform makes this pump extremely comfortable. I wore these beauties from 10 am until 6 pm and my feet didn’t start feeling uncomfortable until the last hour!
