Ivory Ruffle Sleeve Sweater, Jeans (similar), Stuart Weitzman Boots (more options here), Camel crossbody, Ray-Ban sunglasses, Kendra Scott earrings
Hello My Beautiful Friends! Thankfully, the dreary weather is finally starting to leave Hampton Roads. Through the years, I have discovered gray days do nothing for me. Of course, I can still push through and keep up with the grind, but rain and clouds are not my friends. Sometimes, when I find a piece I love, I can’t help but wear it over and over again. Anyone else with me? This ruffle sleeve sweater is currently that item for me. The week I got it in the mail, I’m pretty sure I wore it about four different times! Don’t worry, I did do laundry between those wears. Plus, I got so many compliments every time I wore it.
This ruffle sleeve sweater is such a statement piece. I naturally gravitate toward items with some type of unique detail and these sleeves definitely stand out. Made of 100% acrylic, this sweater has a nice amount of stretch to it and is also decently warm. I love the high neck since I can get away with wearing my favorite cashmere shell underneath if I need the extra warmth. Plus, after going in the washing and drying machine a few times, this sweater still comes out looking new. This ruffle sleeve sweater also comes in three other colors including a beautiful red, blush, dark olive green and gray. All four colors are beautiful, making it hard for me to choose. However, y’all know I seem to have a preference for white/ivory sweaters.
Another aspect I love about this sweater is how easy it is to style. Here, I’m wearing with distressed jeans. But this ruffle sleeve sweater would look great with a skirt and over the knee boots too. If you are going for a sleek look, throw this over black liquid leggings and sharp booties. When you are building your wardrobe, it’s important to have pieces you can wear multiple times for multiple occasions.
