Hi, Everybody! How are you doing? I hope you’ve enjoyed your weekend thus far.
I like to call this dress my “Red Power Print” dress because the structure of the dress is perfect for work and the colors are strong and bold. Temperatures in New York hit the upper 90s this week, so this light sleeveless, yet slim-fitting dress was ideal for work. I would also wear this on-air as well.
Even though the dress has a strong print, I used a gold glitter belt to cinch in my waist and add something to draw the eyes to.
A little tip about red: Turquoise can be paired with it beautifully. About a year ago, I saw a gorgeous red dress with turquoise stones on it and I thought it was one of the most unique, yet breathtaking embellishments. Ever since, I’ve been pairing these two colors together. This is a pairing I never thought could go together, but does so beautifully.
This dress is one of my favorites because I can reverse the back V-side to the front to change the dress up. It’s two dresses in one!
