Hello Everyone! It’s been a crazy whirlwind week and weekend. Almost all of last week was spent doing coverage for Hurricane Florence along with the final two days working 12+ hours. Thank you to each and every one of you who reached out with good wishes. Safety is the number one priority at our station, so I was always 100 perfect safe. I was blown away by the engagement on this Instagram post of me covering the storm. However, I’m so glad Florence did not hit the Coastal Virginia area as bad as it was originally forecasted. North Carolina was not so lucky. Let’s keep them in our thoughts, prayers and if possible, donating money to charitable organizations who can provide relief.

On another note,this petite red jumpsuit was one of my favorite purchases from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. It also comes in black and is on sale for less than $90! What I love about this red jumpsuit is how it fits perfectly right out of the box. I’m wearing a Petite 0 and this babe required no jumpsuits whatsoever. I”m 5’3 for reference and am wearing 3-inch heels. While it is definitely a statement, I can wear it to work on certain days and totally get away with it. Plus, it’s a great alternative to a dress for cocktail attire or even weddings! For when I’m not wearing this red jumpsuit to work, I love pairing it with fun earrings such as these Olive + Piper white tassel earrings. I love these because they go with everything and are a great pair to throw on for an effortless look that still stands out. They also come in mauve, blue and a fun ombre, too!
