I’m partnering with Of Mercer to show you some incredible dresses to make you feel like a powerhouse at work and fabulous after you’re off the clock. I originally discovered Of Mercer last year and their Madison dress was my first purchase, which I wore in this blog post. It’s one of my favorite dresses and is in constant rotation.
Since launching, Of Mercer has added plenty of dresses to their collection, all costing less than $250, and this tweed skirt dress is one of my favorites because of the pockets on the skirt. I’m wearing a 00 and it fits perfectly. The skirt hits just above the knee so it’s an appropriate length for any work environment. The top of the dress is made of a luxe crepe material draped in an ultra-flattering v-neck cut. The leather touches embody feminine edge. This dress is lined and even in the Virginia humidity, I don’t feel too hot, which is great.When you’re at the office, this tweed dress can be styled with closed toe pumps for a more conservative look, but once work is over, caged heels and a jeweled cuff will transform the dress for a different look.

Of Mercer has done a great job of creating a collection full of dresses for women who don’t want to sacrifice quality for price or style. My Madison dress has been worn countless times and has visited the dry cleaners plenty, yet the fabric still looks new.
