Orange Ruffle Shift Dress (also in pink and black), Donald J Pliner booties c/o, Prada tote
Kendra Scott earrings c/o, Karen Walker sunglasses
Hello Everyone! How bright and fun is this orange ruffle shift dress? I’m usually not a fan of shift dresses since they don’t have much shape. However, I couldn’t resist the ruffles! The bright orange hue is so eye-catching, which makes this ruffle shift dress perfect for spring. Plus, you can wear it into summer as well. I personally got this dress for work and love the fun flirty nature of it. Of course, that depends on your work environment and how trendy you can be. The ruffles are only on the front of the dress. Nonetheless, I do want to point out if the wind picks up, these ruffles get kinda wild! So keep that in mind haha. If you want to add more shape to this dress, a skinny belt will easily give you a waist. This ruffle shift dress also comes in pink and black.
I finally got spring booties. I have a few pairs for fall, but have yet to find a pair I really like for spring. These chunky heels from Donald J Pliner have criss-cross straps, which act like a bootie. However, they are still dressy enough to wear with dresses. Also, I love how the back zips for easy on and off. Plus, the optic snake-skin heel adds a touch of edge. When it comes to booties, I prefer for them to stay below four inches since I’ll usually wear them to work too. These are 3 1/ and are quite comfortable. Of course, I love how they did not require a break-in period. These also come in black and black and a dark nude. However, I went with a neutral color because I can throw these on regardless of what color I’m wearing and my outfit will look complete.
