Every college students loves a good deal and I’m no exception. I spotted this dress at Forever21 in St. Louis and knew it was meant to be. The pattern is eye-catching and unique, the back is daring, and the skirt has pockets! This dress is a perfect fit for a spring or summer day. I like to keep accessories to a minimum when wearing a dress with such a large pattern, so I just threw on my watch and YSL ring for an extra touch.
