As we kick off the new year, I want to share the most-loved items of 2021! I’ll do a Top 12 of items you loved and purchased first! Then a Top 12 of things Johnny and I couldn’t live without this past year. It’s our second year of doing this and I love seeing what duplicates there are as well as new additions! It’s always so cool to dig into our analytics and see what items you enjoy most. Many of them are classic items that will transcend time and great for year-round!
1. Funnel Neck Sweater Dress
The power of a little black dress is in its versatility. I love how you can wear this for so many things from workwear to date night to cocktail parties. This exact one is currently sold out since it’s from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, but this one is really similar! I appreciate how both are figure-flattering, but not super tight.
2. Beale Sofa
The best white sofa, ever! It makes me so happy to see how it’s my second top-seller because I know those of you who purchased it are living your best life. It is an investment for sure, but the Crypton fabric repels stains and is so easily cleaned. Plus, the Beale is modular, beyond comfortable and simply beautiful. More about our sofa and why we chose it here.
3. Longline Wool Coatigan
The coatigan I’ll reach for for years, maybe decades, to come! This one feels so luxe and warm. It does run slightly large and has an oversized fit. I got an XS since I couldn’t get my hands on an XXS and altered it to fit. I love the length and appreciate how even though it’s meant for more casual outfits, looks so elevated!
4. West Elm Runner
I can’t rave about this rug enough! It’s a beauty and I appreciate how it really ties in so many colors from black to brass. It’s soft underfoot, but there is a plush version! We use our Dyson vacuum on it and it still looks fantastic. We have the 2.5 x 7′ in our entryway and it’s perfect with our iron door and brass mirror.
5. Parke Blazer
My favorite blazer of all time. It’s a classic wool blazer that will never go out of style. Made of Italian wool, fully lined and fits like a glove. I own it in two colors, it’s that good! I wear size Petite 00 and it’s great for the most casual outfits to the most conservative dress-code offices.
6. Skin Ceuticals C E Ferulic
A product I used every single day in 2021 and I believe has transformed my skin. C E Ferulic helps with aging and improves the overall texture and appearance of your skin. It gets rid of dullness, makes your skin glow and did I mention it helps prevents aging? It’s expensive, but there are a few 20% off sales throughout the year, so make sure you follow me on IG for when to stock up. Similar products that cost less don’t work as well.
7. Half Zip Pullover
A reasonably priced pullover perfect for the slightly chilly weather. I appreciate the sporty look and how it comes in three colors. The big collar makes it unique and the half-zip will always be in style!
8. Kendra Scott Large Jewelry Box
My favorite way to store jewelry it is no surprise to me this is one of the most loved items of 2021! I get asked about this frequently and my favorite aspect is how it makes jewelry organization effortless. You can see everything you have, it stays organized and dust-free!
9. Dipped Vase
One of the top sellers from 2020, this vase makes the list again in 2021! It’s a statement piece and can make any space. I have both sizes and love them. The lip of the jar is unique and I love how the bottom is dipped in paint. It’s simple and beautiful.
10. Abercrombie Curve Love Jeans
I’ve been reaching for these jeans ever since I got them in summer. They fit like a dream, are so comfortable and flattering. I so appreciate how Abercrombie has really been a gamechanger in the jean space. If you’re 5’4 and shorter, get the short sizing.
11. Crewneck Cashmere Sweater
This year, the Halogen cashmere sweater was my top seller, but it looks like Nordstrom is phasing those out. This looks like the same quality and price point. I will say, this cashmere tends to be slightly thinner than my preferred J.Crew cashmere, but the price is more affordable.
12. Arhaus Leather Recliner
As the year is coming to a close, I wanted to share the most-loved items of 2020! I’ll do a Top 12 of items you loved and a Top 12 of things Johnny and I couldn’t live without. It’s always so cool to dig into our analytics and see what items you enjoy most. Many of them are classic items that will transcend time and great for year-round!
