Anthropologie Balloon-Sleeve Sweater, Pilcro Jeans, Christian Louboutin heels (similar + affordable dupe), Zac Posen bag, Kendra Scott earrings, YSL ring, BP. Sunnies
Happy Monday Everyone! I’m a huge fan of Mondays, so I wanted to share one of my favorite quotes to kickstart the week: “The dream is free, but the hustle is sold separately.” The reason I love Mondays is it’s a new start to the week. The day I get back to doing what I love, being a storyteller and giving people a voice. If you find yourself needing some motivation to get your day started, check out this video. Warning: there are quite a few f-bombs and this guy is very straight up and honest, but I’m a big fan.
You may know my obsession with sweaters that have unique details. This Anthropologie balloon-sleeve sweater is so fun, yet elegant. It also comes in three other colors, including black, white and red, which would be perfect for the Holidays. I have worn this so many times and get compliments every time! Plus, this sweater is super soft and comfortable to wear. Reviews online echo this. Seems like taller ladies are saying you’ll need to wear high-waisted pants. I am wearing medium-waisted and you can see the sweater hits right at the middle of the belt loops. This is a plus for fellow petite ladies, so I highly recommend!
The balloon-sleeves work for both casual and dressy occasions. Here, I’m pairing it with skinny black jeans (these are so soft) and classic black pumps for a fancier setting. You can also style it with distressed jeans and cute booties for a casual look. Another cute look would be wearing this with a navy skirt. I bet you can get away with wearing it for work too, paired with ankle pants or a pencil skirt. This will definitely be a hit!
