My La Mer foundation is my absolute favorite. I wear it at least three times a week, and somehow it still lasts 8-9 months! The Soft Fluid Long Wear Foundation (I wear shade 240 Buff) provides smooth, beautiful coverage but also isn’t cakey. It really just looks like skin, even when it’s extra hot out! If you wear makeup regularly, I highly recommend investing in a lightweight, natural-looking foundation. This one is definitely on the pricey side, but like I mentioned before, it lasts a long time. A little goes a long way, especially when you apply it with a brush.

What really makes this La Mer foundation special is the famous Miracle Broth infused into the formula. Though its formulation is a mystery, we do know that the mix of giant sea kelp vitamins, minerals, and more is one of the best anti-inflammatory products on the market. It gives your skin a really nice boost and also hydrates it phenomenally. SO luxurious! I also love that this La Mer foundation has UV protection built in. While I do think it’s critical to apply sunscreen with a higher SPF, you do get extra protection and a safety net in case you forget the sunscreen.

Overall, putting on my La Mer foundation always makes me feel fresh-faced and dewy. Because it’s so easily buildable, I save time getting ready and also feel confident all the products are going to work together. It glides across your face as you apply it and stretches with the skin to minimize creases and wrinkles. I truly believe this is the perfect everyday foundation and would recommend it to anyone with the ability to splurge a little!
