Decorating our house for the holidays is a lot of fun, but dressing up for them is a close second. The rich colors, dynamic textures and sparkle and shine all make getting ready each day feel a bit more magical. Whether you’re looking for something more casual or formal, I wanted to put together some holiday outfits for women. It’s not lost on me that our country is in an economic decline, which is why it was important to me to provide two different price points (the top of each collage is more expensive, while the bottom is more affordable) so you can feel festive and confident no matter your budget.
Dresses
Tartan is the most classic and festive holiday pattern there is. The key is to style it with feminine details, which both of these dresses have—the first’s beautiful ruffle details along the collar and wrists, and the second’s smocking, statement sleeves, and higher hem.
Handbags
Next up are the bags. I do understand that while the CHANEL double flap has been an incredible investment for me, it’s not doable for all. The quilting on this bag is equally classic, and I feel Tory Burch is a great value for the price.
Headbands
If you consider yourself a headband person, this one’s cost-per-use will quickly shrink as its craftsmanship is absolutely impeccable. LOFT has been a longtime favorite though, and I’m confident in this headband’s quality for the price.
Earrings
Now onto one of my favorite parts! I own quite a bit of Kendra Scott and appreciate how they have so many options at different price points. The combination of 18k vermeil and white sapphire with this pair creates the perfect holiday shine, and I also love how these earrings are embedded with pearls along the frame.
Boots
These over-the-knee boots have served me incredibly well and are as functional as they are stunning. While the cost-per-use is very low for the price, I once again am aware that it could still be prohibitive. Another pair I love is these knee high boots, which have an extra flattering heel and toe.
Foundations
Finally, foundation! It really is the base of any makeup look, which is why I included it here. My all-time favorite is The Soft Fluid Foundation because it’s formulated with La Mer’s famous Miracle Broth and truly makes your skin look like an elevated version of itself. It lasts a remarkably long time, but if you’re looking for something a little more affordable, this lightweight tint makes your skin look so dewy.
Blazers & Pants
Veronica Beard has some of the best blazers on the market, and I truly love this one. The deep merlot color paired with the velvet is incredibly chic, and the buttons only add to the glamour. The coordinating pants are equally stunning, with a high rise and flare that elongate the legs. This blazer has a very similar look and comes in two other colors but at a third of the price, and the matching cropped pants are simply stunning.
Heels
These Louboutin pumps are absolutely iconic and honestly, they make a statement whether or not you can see the red soles. The shine of the patent is perfect for the holidays! The other pumps are also very classic and surprisingly comfortable for the price.
Earrings
Bow earrings are such a fun touch for any outfit, but particularly holiday outfits for women. I love these because they’re designed to look like true present bows, while these have less volume but just as much impact.
Eyeshadows
Eyeshadow can make or break a look because it’s a finishing touch that either matches the rest of the outfit or simply doesn’t. This palette comes in beautifully sophisticated color combinations can be used many ways for only having four pans. Sephora’s makeup collection is very well priced for the quality, and their palettes allow for a lot of options.
Handbags
This Chanel bag is classic, modern, and playful all at the same time. It feels just right for holiday outfits for women, especially when velvet and crystals are involved! I linked the Tory Burch one with the other collage and added it here because it truly is that versatile.
