Who is excited for the Fourth of July?! Independence Day is one of my favorite holidays, so get ready for a few different red, white and blue looks coming up! I’ll be working on this Fourth of July but that doesn’t mean I won’t be able to enjoy it. Being a first in my family to be born in America, I feel so fortunate to call this incredible country hone.
Some of you may remember this skirt as part of a two-piece set I posted earlier. As I’ve said before, I love two piece sets because you can really mix and match the pieces later on. I’m restyling this fun polka dot wrap skirt for this Fourth of July outfit idea. One reason I love this skirt so much is what a statement piece it is. I feel like once I put it on, I feel chic. I’m wearing size XS and the fit is perfect. I really love the sash and bow, which adds a feminine touch.
Since this skirt has white polka dots, I am pairing it with this white eyelet off the shoulder top for this Fourth of July outfit idea. I got this top from the Express team at rsTheCon and what I love about it is the little eyelet detail. I’m not the biggest fan of eyelet, but I love it on the little flutter sleeve. This eyelet top is definitely a great piece for summer because of how easy it is to style. Throw it over your bandeau bikini after leaving the beach or pool or style it the way I am for a slightly dressier look. This will also be a great piece to style with jeans or shorts. The elastic on the off-the-shoulder top is quite comfortable and doesn’t feel restrictive at all. If white isn’t your jam, this top also comes in blue, pink, olive and black.
