Hello Everyone! December is one of my favorites months because of how festive everything is. All the holiday spirit and decorations make me smile. Many of us are gearing up for many holiday parties we’ll be attending. I love creating outfits for these parties. I pull out the items, lay them on my bed then mix and match. Once I come up with something I like, I’ll show Johnny, whether it’s in person if he’s in Virginia or I’ll snap a photo. I mentioned how I use Rent the Runway to supplement my wardrobe and the holidays are the perfect time to rent items. There are so many great dresses, tops, skirts and coats so you won’t have to wear the same outfit to multiple parties!

You may remember my love for ostrich feathers. My blue skirt will most likely be my favorite forever. This Tibi top is perfect for a holiday party outfit. It is fun, flirty and festive! This cute top also comes in black, too. The straps were a little long on me since I’m petite, so I used a bra strap shortener. Then I let my long hair cover the shortener, which was right below my neck. It seems every time I wear something with ostrich feathers I get so many compliments.

Every skirt I seemed to pair this top with didn’t work on my body, so I opted for leather front leggings. These are so soft and comfortable. The fit is great and they really are flattering on. The contrast of the leather and the whimsical feathers is a great pairing and makes a perfect holiday party outfit. You’ll be sure to turn heads and get compliments at parties this holiday season.
