Happy Monday, Everyone!
As I write this post, I feel so grateful for the beautiful weather in these photos by the Pennybacker Bridge in Austin and the potentially devastating weather on the East Coast due to Hurricane Sandy. I send my prayers of safety and health to all those who are living on the East Coast bracing the storm.

The temperature has dropped in Texas and this weekend was crisply beautiful with temperatures in the 50s and 60s. Since it wasn’t too frosty yet, I wanted to experiment with my bright red capelet since it’s quarter-sleeve length. I played with an ombre effect by using lighter colors downward.

The view of Austin near the Pennybacker Bridge is so beautiful.
