Happy Monday Everyone!
The weather has been so beautiful lately! I love whipping out dresses for spring and this jacquard-knit one from Cupcakes and Cashmere caught my eye when I was at Kindred Boutique in downtown Grand Island. It also comes in a lovely light pink/blush color. I’ve been eyeing the line recently for fun pieces to add to my wardrobe when I’m off the clock. However, I’ve found this dress works very nicely in the office as well. One way I make sure sleeveless is appropriate for the office/station is making sure the armholes don’t curve inward toward the center of my chest. I think those cuts easily make the dress or top feel more appropriate for evenings or weekends. This could make for a great Easter dress or even date night. The material is very nice and doesn’t run easily. The dress is lined and I love the different little black shapes as it adds interest. Another selling point for me: the small shapes don’t make anyone dizzy. I get weary of wearing little patterns, but this one from afar looks like stripes! When I saw this dress on the hanger, my eyes immediately drew toward the pockets. Yes, I am still quite obsessed with dresses and skirts with small pockets. Even if they can only hold little items, I’m all in! I think there’s something so cool about being able to stand there with your hands in your pocket in a dress or skirt.

Some other pieces from Cupcakes and Cashmere caught my eye online. These would be great for Spring and transition nicely into summer. I love the vivid color of this trapeze dress, floral print romper, bone colored moto jacket and this beautiful lace off-the-shoulder top.
