We have taken so many pictures together throughout life and yet I get giddy thinking these are our engagement photos. It is real and it is happening! So much thought and care went into this and some maintenance plans threw us for a curveball… I remember being disappointed, but knew everything happens for a reason. I’m so glad it all worked out as these are exactly what I was envisioning and our photographer, Allen Tsai did such an incredible job capturing these on film and digitally. I’m over the moon to be marrying Johnny.

We used Sail Dallas and they gave us the most incredible time! The weather was perfect and Johnny told our sailor if we could “lose the horizon a bit” it would be perfect… and I think we achieved that! If you’re looking to take engagement photos or a really romantic date night, I couldn’t recommend this more!

Since I knew it would be super windy on the sailboat, I had Andrea from Tousled Studio come with us! I don’t think we would have been able to capture these images without her! She really kept my hair “beautifully windswept” yet controlled during some crazy winds. It was also nice to have another set of eyes. Stray hairs or things that are out of place always bug me in photos. If you’re doing sailboat engagement photos out on the water, I couldn’t recommend this more!
