Y’all know I love sharing a great power dress find. As a TV Journalist, I love feeling powerful and confident in what I’m wearing when I’m out in the field, in the studio or even just at my standing desk doing research. I love this black solid dress that reverses to a lovely floral pattern. For the office, I love wearing the solid side since I prefer to wear solids on air. Plus, I think there’s something so sharp about a black power dress. This dress fits beautifully and I’m wearing size 00 Petite. It’s more of a body-skimming dress but isn’t too tight for the office. Plus, it hugs in all the right places giving you curves. The v-neck is flattering yet isn’t too low. I can imagine all the places this little black dress can take me. Whether it’s the office or even a cocktail party, this is the reversible dress you need. I’m accessorizing the solid side of this reversible dress with a pearl belt, which really pops. When it gets chilly inside, this cropped tweed jacket is a sharp yet feminine way to say you mean business while staying warm.

When you’re ready to spice things up, switch over to the floral side of this reversible dress! A beautiful sketch floral pattern makes a statement but isn’t too loud. It’s almost like the flowers are blooming right off the dress. I can imagine myself wearing the floral side of this reversible dress to drinks, date night or a fun party.
