Happy Tuesday, Everyone! I hope your week has gotten off to a fabulous start. Here in Austin, the clouds have parted and the sun is shining its warm light on the UT Campus. I wore this dress to host Good Morning TX Friday and I received so many compliments on my way to and from the station.
I found this dress stuffed in between tons of other dresses on a rack at a Nordstrom outlet. It was originally a size 8, but I fell in love with the embossed floral pattern and jeweled center, so I took it home anyways. After Nagwa of Legacy Tailor worked her magic, it skims over my petite body perfectly.
It probably comes as no surprise I adore white and gold. The yellow cardigan elevates the dress by complementing the jeweled waist. I suggest looking for structured dresses similar to this one for conservative work environments.
Thank you so much for visiting my blog! I hope you enjoyed reading about my anchor outfit. I love classic dresses because they work for a variety of occasions. Not only can I see myself wearing this dress to anchor, but attending summer parties or graduations. Having a classic go-to dress is a must for every woman.
