I know this blog post has been long overdue. My summer has been filled with duties as the reigning National American Miss and traveling. I had time in Florida to shoot a lookbook post and I’m excited to share it with you.
This is my summer uniform for 2013. Crop tops have made an appearance in fashion before, but now it has returned with a more classy feel – instead of exposing a large section of the midriff, a small sliver is shown.

The more modern crop top is paired with high-waisted skirts, my preference, or shorts. I adore the delicate details in this lace crop top and white tops are always a staple in any wardrobe.
