Color Pop :: Orange One-Shouldered Jumpsuit

Orange you glad it’s Wednesday?! Couldn’t help myself with an orange joke when wearing this stunning orange one-shouldered jumpsuit! Johnny and I snapped these photos at Old Down Town Sacramento, which was full of so much charm. If you haven’t seen our San Francisco and Sacramento Travel Guide yet, please check it out, along with our VLOG! After brunch, I changed from this blue polka dot two-piece set just to get another outfit in. I’ve heard Sacramento has so many scenic places, especially in Old Down Town, I wanted to have another outfit to share with y’all. I’m really digging the wide-leg trend right now and this jumpsuit hits the spot. The color truly pops and I got so many compliments walking around Sacramento. It’s definitely perfect for traveling since it’s comfortable and easy to wear. Plus, you don’t have to worry about it slipping or anything like that. Read more…

My Summer Beach Beauty Essentials

Hello my beautiful friends! I hope your week is going well so far. Since we are kicking off beach weather in Coastal Virginia, I want to share my beach beauty essentials. These are items I love to bring to the beach to keep my skin healthy and at its best. It’s so important to take your skin’s health┬ávery seriously. There is nothing worse than coming home from the beach with sunburned, peeling and dehydrated skin. It’s not a good look and will most certainly age you rapidly. We don’t want that! Of course, in conjunction with these beach beauty essentials, don’t forget to drink tons of water to stay hydrated from the inside out! Now, let’s get to the essentials! Read more…

However, I don’t say this lightly as human rights in Vietnam are in critical condition, as reported by Human Rights Watch. There is no freedom of speech, press, […] Read more…

My Fitness and Workout Routine to Stay Healthy & Strong

Hello, My Beautiful Friends! What I do to workout or what my fitness routine is has been such a requested post for years! Before I get into what I currently do, I want to point out something. I truly believe I’ve been fortunate to have parents who supported and encouraged a healthy and active lifestyle. I started figure skating when I was 8-years-old and shortly after, to keep up with the demands figure skating put on my body, I was introduced to a warm-up, workout and post-skating regimen. Figure skating competitively was my life for more than 11 years. This contributes to a great metabolism and foundation for having lean muscle. My Dad is quite lean himself and had well-defined muscles in his legs before he got sick. My Mom encouraged us to eat plenty of greens and vegetables so I grew up loving healthy food. Read more…
