Exploring the Best Views in Central Park

Hello from New York City! It’s been a bucket list item for years for Johnny and I to go to New York City during the holidays together. I have been several times before but unfortunately, he couldn’t tag along. This time, we are in the NYC for a good few days and are beyond excited to explore and check off some places we’ve been dying to visit! I’m partnering with Sole Society in today’s post to share some warm and comfortable pieces I’m wearing on my trip. Of course, you can’t go on a trip to New York without visiting Central Park. However, it’s quite vast and I want to save you some time. So I’m sharing the best views in Central Park and what I’m wearing to take in those views while staying warm.

A Weekend in Richmond :: Quick Travel Guide

Richmond is one of America’s oldest cities and full of charm, beauty and history. It’s crazy to think it’s only an hour and a half away from Norfolk yet I never spent a weekend in Richmond until now. Our trip was a quick one but full of beautiful memories. It’s a city now known for its’ arts revolution, lots of delicious food and beautiful landscapes. The capital of Virginia, Richmond is sometimes referred to as the Capital of the South and I can see why. There are beautiful mountains nearby, innovative universities and lots of museums, street art and, of course, good ol’ Southern Charm.

Best outfits from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2018 Public Access

IT’S HERE! Finally, everyone can shop the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2018! There are so many incredible things restocking for public access and I’m excited to share them with you! If you’d like to see my other looks, Johnny’s top picks for men and other Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2018 related posts click here. I was actually able to grab pretty much everything I wanted and the items not fitting well or I don’t love as much in person will be going back.

My best advice is if you like something, add it to your cart and check out as soon as you can. If you plan on placing a big order, maybe split it into two so you don’t have items sitting in your cart for more than 20 minutes because those items are still up for grabs! Thanks to Nordstrom’s free shipping and returns, you can always bring or send something back if you don’t like it. However, if an item is sold out, it’s most likely gone. Now let’s get to my favorite outfits and picks from the sale!

Quick Weekend :: San Francisco and Sacramento Travel Guide

I’ve dreamed of visiting San Francisco for years. In my head, it’s this powerhouse spot on the west coast. A dream, a place of connection, great culture and food. Johnny has been countless times for work but hasn’t really gotten to explore the city too much. Even though I only spent half a day in San Francisco, I’m absolutely smitten and cannot wait to go back! Our main destination for this weekend trip was Sacramento for our friend Taylor’s wedding. I’ve gotten lots of questions about what we did this trip, so I’m bringing to you my quick weekend San Francisco and Sacramento Travel Guide! I hope to one day bring you a more in-depth guide, but since we only had a fast weekend, here we go!

Moments with Maya :: My New Scent for Spring with Tocca

When the season changes, I love to add new scents to my perfume collection. My newest addition is Maya by TOCCA, which also happens to be their newest scent. They graciously sent me this perfume to try and it smells divine! Before I dive into the notes making this beautiful fragrance, let’s talk about this stunning bottle. I’m a sucker for beautiful packaging and the violet ombre bottle with the gold ornate topper is breathtaking. It definitely stands out on my dresser since my other perfumes are in more neutral bottles.
