Chartreuse is one of my new favorite colors. Since it’s such a bright color, I like to pair it with neutrals including black, gray or nude. This scarf is perfect since it’s not an actual clothing piece, but an accessory. I don’t have to worry about feeling bare (I like to wear statement jewelry often) or too flamboyant.

With the vibrancy of the scarf, I decided an all gray palette was better than a mixture of neutrals. This scarf kept me sooo warm in class this morning when the air conditioner was on what felt like full blast.

I have also been loving this voluminous bun for days when I can’t afford the time to actually style my hair or it needs to be washed. Not to mention, I think most looks with scarves look better when hair is up and away from the neck. The scarf will be the centerpiece of the outfit when hair isn’t there to take away from it.
